I have over 13 years of experience working with clients who suffer with emotional issues, mood disturbances as well as a physical or/and psychosomatic chronic pain. Anxiety and depression are often associated with such challenges hence I help my clients to employ CBT, REBT and Clinical Hypnosis techniques to learn effective and sustainable techniques for life.

What do you love most about your job?
Working with people and their unique minds is an exciting and enriching experience.
The biggest reward is when I witness my clients adapting learnt techniques and becoming their own therapists.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was once upon a time on the client's chair discussing my issues and the therapist I met 15years ago inspired my ongoing journey. I am eternally grateful to her.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a friendly, but no-nonsense type of therapist who experienced trauma, PTSD, depression and many other challenges in the past, but my hunger for learning, but also putting theory into practice always helped me overcome any challenges. I do believe that my life experiences as well as a vigorous and continues education in the field of psychotherapy makes me a better and ever evolving therapist today.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated although I accept some clients chose not to get the vaccine.
I am happy to wear a mask at the client's request.

Clinical Hypnotherapy gives you the ability to tune into your subconscious and alter your way of thinking. You will learn how to utilise self-hypnosis to visualise more healthy and flexible responses to your problem.
