Find Your Way Ltd profile image

Find Your Way Ltd

I help teams and individuals thrive. I am an experienced international business leader within FTSE100 companies and pride myself on my commitment to professional standards in order to provide the best possible support to my clients. My skills and affiliations include Chartered Fellow with the CIPD (HR), Accredited Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and trainee Gestalt Psychotherapist with UKCP. I bring passion and authenticity to my work, sharing personal insight from my life and 20-year corporate career, developing from Apprentice to Head of HR. My experience and passion for developing people spans from those at the start of their career to senior leadership teams and board members, and those who are focused on the important aspects of life outside of work. I founded Find Your Way Ltd in 2019 to share my passion more broadly, helping individuals and teams to find their unique way to thrive. I also work with Lumina Spark and Insights Discovery psychometrics for clients wanting a deeper understanding of their preferences and ways of being in the world. These tools are particularly supportive when developing high performing teams. If you are interested in working together but aren't sure which service is right for you, get in touch and we can identify the right support for your needs.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping others find what they want and take steps toward it, fills me with joy. It's quite something finding your passion in life and I'm glad to have found mine 🌟

What inspired you to start your own business?

I found myself in a job wondering "is this really it, is this all life has to offer". I embarked on a journey to find my purpose in life and after much research 📚, soul searching, and personal development (in coaching and psychotherapy), I've been able to realise my passion, spending my time doing more to help others thrive ... so here I am 😃

Why should our clients choose you?

I pride myself on my professional standards ensuring my clients are in safe hands.
Also, choosing each other is a two way process and so first we will connect and see if we are a fit for each other, before any commitment to work together.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes. I am experienced working both online and face to face.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I always discuss with my clients how they like to work. If online is preferable we can work that way, with so much time now spent online we will find ways to keep the energy up. If working face to face at my office, my facilities allow for 2m distancing, anti bacterial gel is provided, ventilation, and the space is cleaned between clients.

Counselling FAQs

Your expert Counsellor will be able to advise you on the full range of services available and will be able to advise on what is most suitable. Use Bark to get free quotes and schedule an appointment today.

At your appointment, you will be encouraged to talk about your feelings and emotions with a trained Counsellor who will listen and support you without judging or criticising.
The therapist can help you gain a better understanding of your feelings and thought processes and find your own solutions to problems. However, they will not usually give advice or tell you what to do. The Counsellor might sum up what they understand you have been saying so that they can help you to form a plan of action.

Counselling can take place in a number of ways. These include:

  • Face to face session

  • Group session

  • Phone session

  • Email session

  • Online through live chat services or video conferencing software

You may be offered a single session of Counselling, a short course of sessions over a few weeks or months or a longer course that lasts for several months or years.

It can take a number of sessions before you start to see progress but you should gradually start to feel better with the help and support of your Counsellor.

You can be confident that any of the Bark local Counsellors listed will give you a reliable and efficient service to help you feel better.

You could look for Counsellors that are accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA) which means that they have met the PSA’s required professional standards to practise.

Before you choose a Counsellor, you could read testimonials and read details of the issues they can help with on their website.

You could also look at their profile page on Bark and check out reviews from past customers too.

Counselling can help with many issues. These include the following:

  • Mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety or eating disorders.

  • Physical health conditions such as infertility.

  • Difficult life events such as a bereavement, a relationship breakdown or work-related stress.

  • Dealing with difficult emotions such as low self-esteem or anger.

  • Sexual identity issues.

  • Divorce.

  • Redundancy and work issues.

  • Phobias and fears.

Absolutely! Many Counsellors provide their services remotely via an online video call or the telephone. Not only is it more convenient, but it's also the preferable option for many people who would feel more comfortable holding the session from the comfort of their own home.
