We have the same approach to every project all our clients are important to ourselves. Reputation is key and we're in it for the long haul and rely on giving customer satisfaction to ensure this is the case.
There are limitations to conducing much of our work online as it is not practicable for most aspects of our work. However we can assess some works online with regards to providing quotations for some removal works and surveys. If photographs are provided of straightforward projects we can make some assessments based on this and google view images assist in the absence of site visits.
We social distance from clients, wear masks when required to do so and have cleaning regime adopted by site staff with regular Covid tests to ensure staff are free of the virus when working. All site personnel have had both Covid vaccinations and will have booster jabs once available.
