Hertfordshire based we cover London and the outer counties. We specialise in the safe removal and disposal of asbestos as well as maintenance works. The removal works you may require us to undertake include: Corrugated asbestos cement roofing; primarily found in garages, barns, warehouses and sheds Asbestos sheets or panels used for ceilings and walls Textured coatings on ceilings and walls, floor tiles, water tanks, cisterns and flash guards (which are found in fuse boxes). Asbestos Testing Services - If you have concerns relating to any possible materials that contain asbestos, then we will visit the property and take a small sample. This sample will then be tested at an an independent UKAS accredited asbestos analytical laboratory. You will receive a analysis report explaining the result. Asbestos Encapsulation - As part of our maintenance service, we can apply ET150 polymer emulsion to encapsulate any asbestos. This emulsion is easily applied and provides a durable and flexible, water resistant finish. ET150 is applied twice by either brush or spray and forms a flame resistant finish and can therefore withstand a wide range of temperatures. Asbestos Waste management - Asbestos is extremely hazardous and therefore needs to be disposed of correctly in line with UK legislation and regulations. Waste consignment notes will be provided to reassure you that any asbestos waste has been disposed of safely and legally at a designated asbestos waste transfer station. We will carry out all works involving ACMs (Asbestos Contained Materials) correctly in accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. These regulations set the standards that should always be met to protect employees and members of the public from any risks related to asbestos. From initial enquiry to completion of works, we will ensure you are provided with an excellent and professional service. We take great satisfaction having reassured our customers that all asbestos is removed in the safest and most manageable way. If advice is required, we are always more than happy to visit your property free of charge to provide this.
Every day we carry out different removal works in different locations across London and the outer Counties. We get to meet a wide variety of people in doing so which is great.
Whilst working for a large company there was an opportunity to start up a business myself. My main reason was to be able to be in control of my working hours which would allow me to spend more time with my young family.
We are a family run business and have been building up our company reputation for 8 years. A large part of our services are usually outside the property so we do not need to interact with our customers at close range. We also provide quotations via, telephone description, photos or via a video link. We always wear a mask when arriving at your doorstep with sanatised hands, whether thats to enter the property or to work outside. The only time that we take it off will be to carry out the asbestos removal as we use a specialist mask and equipement to do so.

I got in touch with RJT Interiors and Acoustics after we had been badly let down by a company who had left our loft in a terrible state. I asked Dean and Rob to clear all the spray foam insulation from the roof, the sides and the floor of our loft. Unfortunately the previous gang hadn’t bothered to cover the insulation on the floor whilst removing the foam from the roof. Because of this the insulation was a mixed mess and no use whatsoever and had to be removed and replaced. I also asked Dean to cover the roof with a loft roll and silver foil as the previous gang had omitted the roll and only stapled silver foil to tho roof . Dean and Rob took on these tasks and the result was a terrific fully insulated,dry and warm loft .They were a fantastic team to have in the house nothing was too much trouble and they also fixed our loft ladder which was an added bonus.
