Recently had some stuff going on with bad depression and anxiety and i came across Arkesie. I was put in touch with Jimi Katsis, who is the lead therapist. I had a free session to check them out and was actually stunned. I never really thought much about therapy. I always felt it was a bit fake. Always the way i guess until your going through something yourself. Jimi was really excellent. Such a friendly and warm person, really understood, and for the first time in a very long time someone really listened. It has really made all the difference. How i feel about myself and everything around me. So i recomend these guys. 5 stars! More...

I used Arkesie for a long standing issue. Contacting them was easy. I got an email back within a few hours and had a free meeting with Jimi katsis. I was really surprised at how quickly he worked out what was going on for me so I booked sessions with him.

I guess I was a little nervous, but Jimi was absolutely amazing. I felt so comfortable, like chatting to an old friend. We are several sessions in and I feel like I finally have someone that not only understands but also help shine some light in some really dark places. It's been the best decision I have made for many years. If your looking for a psychologist, try these guys. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Q&As

I Became a therapist as a result of my own traumatic life journey. The skills I learned and the support I received transformed my sense of self and gave me my life back. In the 20 years since my personal transformation, I have witnessed that same transformation in my clients many, many times. It's the reason I'm passionate about my work and committed to the people I work with.

After my degree in counseling psychotherapy, I worked for social services, then went on to run the therapeutic intervention service for a national charity. It was a natural progression for me to work one to one with my own clients.
I have been in private practice for over 15 years.

I have been a therapist for over 25 years, I am qualified and very experienced in understanding the struggles people experience. My greatest value is my personal journey and how that informs the work that I do.
