I went to see Natasha on Friday for a Body Balance appointment. As soon as I arrived I felt very welcome and was put at ease by Natasha’s warmth and kindness. Whilst having first half of my treatment we were talking and I mentioned I had a sinus infection and was on antibiotics. During the second half of the treatment Natasha did some healing, by the Saturday morning it had gone. I brought my daughter to see Natasha after a complete lack of help from my GP and minimal help from her school. My daughter has been suffering from intense anger, frustration, lack of self worth and much more. What an amazing spiritual experience. I was rather hesitant beforehand but I went in open minded and now I couldn’t recommend the treatment enough! Natasha way exceeded my expectations as a counsellor for my daughter, she is a real healer who works with moving forward positively and being able to leave the pain and anxiety of past experience behind. She is intuitive and caring and really there for you to treat the whole problem not just a few of the symptoms which can reoccur or flood back with triggers. She was quick to get in touch and fast to respond to after therapy questions or thoughts. Her generosity extended to offering me care with my daughter as I was there anyway and the results were quite extraordinary. Years and years of trauma, depression and the 27 of July 2023 I lost my big brother, and I completely lost myself after that.
I have always felt sad and lonely and my anxiety always made it hard to breathe.
Yesterday Tasha helped me start my healing process. After my first session with her, she took away negative energy from me. Today I can look myself in the mirror and not hate what I see and I can finally breathe!

It's been suggested to us on multiple occasions that our little one may suffer with trauma.. based on his hypersensitivity to loud noises, uncontrolled reactions to certain things and sleepless nights but I never thought that birth could cause it! I'm so grateful that our paths have crossed and you managed to see Antos! Straight after the session he looked differently! He stood so tall!
It's been 3 slept through nights so far and we have cheerful little boy who has been constantly smiling since Saturday!
We are in happy place now!

Endometriosis and trauma from the past have taken away a lot of joy from my life but these few hours with Tasha brought that spark back!

I am now discovering new things about my body's inner stress and what exercises I can do, to relieve or train my mind and body to cope with them.

To summarise …. it feels easier to breathe, and I am in a much better head space!
