What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the progress of my clients. I love experiencing the emotional connection between myself and clients and the authentic moments that are created. Incidentally the former is very hard to achieve without the latter and that is why I value the relationship between counsellor and client as such an important aspect of the counselling process.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In everyday life and vast experience within the social care system I have witnessed so much emotional suffering amongst individuals and this concerned me greatly. I knew that I could genuinely make a difference and help these people who were suffering. The ability to help those who need it is my core driving force behind being a counsellor.
Why should our clients choose you?
First and foremost I genuinely care about people and their emotional well being. Secondly I have an ability to create strong personable yet professional connections with people which is essential for therapy to work. Thirdly I have an excellent track record of improving the mental health of my clients.
