Very important, consuming the correct nutritional diet will define where you want to go.

By completing a personal medical and lifestyle questionnaire which will then give me a background to your diet, exercise and general health to then create a programme especially for you.

I create a personal programme and nutritional plan for every client, no client will get the same treatment as the other as I treat everyone as a unique individual and get to know you on a personal level to build trust, progress and finally results.

Both, I am able to give 1-1 face to face training sessions as well as online programmes with weekly catch ups or a completely remote service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As I am mainly delivering online services the only thing I have had to change is the individual programmes for those that have been affected by COVID and it has affected their cardiovascular activities.

1-1 Pt’ing gives me the opportunity to help improve someone’s life and ensure the correct teaching and the value of the biomechanics of the movement is understood and you able to perform it safely while changing your life and keeping it fun.
