What inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to change the idea of personal training. I see almost all personal trainers doing the same sessions with every client in their day and do not look at what it really takes to achieve sustainable results for their clients. So I set out to change that and have a positive impact on the health and fitness industry by continuing to educate myself within my profession to deliver the highest standard of personal training.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

During face to face sessions a 2 metre space between me and clients is maintained at all times, as well as myself wearing a face covering. Along with maintaining social distancing and face covering, i disinfect all equipment before and after use for my clients and provide hand santizer throughout our sessions.
