Now delivering Personal Training online. Also going to care/disabled homes giving basic Personal Training to residents as a group.

Always been in fitness from playing football at high level and continued with fitness through tennis which amalgamate with personal training.

Yes with most BARK clients it's all done on line, local with 30 miles of LN12LD then two options here at studio or mobile to your location.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Fresh air, clean down apparatus and keep distance as much as possible. I myself is bolstered and expect my clients to be boosted too.
