Working with people delivering various sports: mainly tennis, which has veered towards Personal training. Generally 1-2-1 in Studio in Kettlethorpe or Privately in the customers home. Now delivering Personal Training online. Also going to care/disabled homes giving basic Personal Training to residents as a group.

I've worked with TCD sports for a while, he always listens to what you want to achieve and adapts sessions to suit needs. Also gives a detailed plan on how it will be achieved and gives food advise to help also . Fully recommend I wouldn't use anyone else More...

I needed to lose weight and get generally toned, working with Adonis made this a lot easier for me. He keeps me motivated, throughout my journey, I have now lost 3 stone with a bit more to go, even on my low days he makes things enjoyable. When I struggle with exercises and dietary needs, things are adapted easily for me, I look forward to my sessions 😁 I would highly recommend working with Adonis to meet your goals. More...

Yes with most BARK clients it's all done on line, local with 30 miles of LN12LD then two options here at studio or mobile to your location.

Fresh air, clean down apparatus and keep distance as much as possible. I myself is bolstered and expect my clients to be boosted too.
