Big thumbs up to the staff who are professional, friendly and helpful. Although this Everyone Active centre is further away from me than others, I much prefer it simply because of the excellent customer service. Perhaps they could share best practice with other centres. Enderby is a busy leisure centre with lots of facilities including a creche and indoor bowling. Negatives: The floor in the wet changing rooms is often dirty as the blue overshoes are rarely available. A few of the cubicle doors don't lock which is a problem particularly as it is a shared changing room. Some of the lockers in the dry changing rooms don't lock. Positives: The staff ensure a pleasant experience for all. I have never encountered any problems with using the gym equipment and 2 life guards patrol the pool at any one time. A Cafe serves snacks and drinks and lots of classes take place as well as a well used sports hall. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending this leisure centre.
