How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I sit down with my clients, discuss with them what their goals are, set realistic and achievable targets. Then from there, work with them step by step to get them towards their goals. Always available to support them whenever it's needed. Encouraging and keeping motivation high as well as interest and fun in personal training sessions.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Goals, Preparation, Focus, Hardwork , Discipline and Cheat days! ?
What do you love most about your job?
Best part of my job that I love is seeing a client achieve their goals or do something they thought they couldn't do. It brings me great joy to have been able to be part of the journey that brings them happiness and good health.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Helping people. I love helping people and doing what they said cannot be done
Why should our clients choose you?
I focus not just on getting results. Main thing for me is seeing the clients get the results in a happy and sustainable way. So that it becomes part of their lifestyle, a way that they can carry into their daily life.
