Dan is excellent. Good value for money. Motivational and understanding he gets to understand you and your lifestyle and fits ideas and suggestions around that. He j it’s when to push and when to hold back a nd the outcome has been done excellent results in a short time. More importantly I feel the changes he’s he has left me with are sustainable and not just a short term fix. It's always important to feel secure with your PT, whatever body shape you are. Over and above the excellent training, Dan is interested in your wellbeing so that he can maximise the experience by being motivational. He is responsive to any aches and pains and offers alternative training methods, guidance and support to coax that stiff shoulder or frozen knee into action.  Above all, there are laughs a plenty and I feel 100% supported and secure in my desire to become fitter and healthier.  Having Dan takes the pressure off me and thus my goals become his ambition. Through a detailed first visit where we discuss goals and aims along with state of the art fitness testing including the Inbody results (a detailed analysis of your weight, muscular and skeletal mass, body fat percentage and visceral fat to guide and track your goals and aims)

A good diet that is tracked along with regular exercise that is demanding to your fitness levels . For long term sucsess you need to enjoy it .

I have always loved exercise , sports and the science behind this . I also enjoy the fact I am helping others with their mind , body and fitness .

From the age of 18 to now (35) i have always offered fitness support but in recent months I have decided to do this for my own buisness .

I am friendly , qualified , more mature than some trainers and feel with this understand the challenges my clients have with maintaining a healthy work life balance . Also the facilities on offer are amazing for my clients .

I am happy to do some online support but believe in face to face fitness for the best results . Happy to come to you or a local open venue to train if preferred .

I follow government guidelines and follow a cleaning procedure on all equipment used prior to each session.
