A friend and I called upon Beth to tone up, become stronger and motivate us enough to keep it going permanently. Every week Beth mixed things up, had us trying something new and pushed us further than I thought we could go. 2 months later and not only can I see the difference but I feel stronger and much more confident too. Beginning of the year I wanted to join the gym but was unsure on what I needed to do, I knew I wanted to slim down a little and tone up but didn’t have a clue where to start! Thats when I got in touch with Beth at Pure Gym and signed up for an 8 week PT plan 2 hours a week. I can definitely say it was worth every penny spent! Beth showed me what I needed to be doing/using, how to do it, and where on my body it was working... she pushed me to limits I never imagined I could possibly do when we was lifting weights and trying new things!
