He keeps challenging us in the right measure, but he doesn’t let us rush into anything without building foundation for it, so what he does is educate us, really. On top of that, the fact that he really enjoys what he does is quite contagious and keeps our motivation on top. I noticed the difference in my body and performance quite quick with the PT sessions, my posture improved and my back issues are under control, I can finally do a session on my own once a week and I actually enjoy going to the gym, so... 100% recommend!
