Anna is a person with incredible knowledge about physical health and also so open to hear what you’re looking for and helps you work towards it. I’ve had three sessions with Anna and I’ve felt very comfortable, coming from a background of not really going to the gym and not knowing much about exercises and food balance. I’m trans, so my first thought when thinking about exercising is feeling anxious about my body and wanting it to look another certain way.
