I’ve been going to Personal Trainer Aberdeen for six weeks now. My personal goal was to bulk-up, and only half-way through my training program, I’m already beginning to see a positive increase in: fitness levels, the maximum weights I could lift and gains in muscle mass. Personal Trainer Aberdeen offer one-to-one lessons - it’s just you and the instructor in the gym, so you don’t have an audience or need to queue to get on the equipment. The tuition is thorough and delivery first class. I’m no longer one of those people who pay for an expensive gym membership and see no benefit from months in the gym exercising aimlessly. Thank you Greg at Personal Trainer!!! I won 5 PT sessions for gaining the most likes in their recent competition and I have come away with a mountain of knowledge and tips. Greg didn't just help me with fitness tips but a lot of nutritional tips as well which I will keep with me and carry out..... he pushed me to get a back problem seen to and I am glad I did. now been referred to the spinal unit for checks and although its not serious I would have continued in pain as I had done for months plodding on ignoring it. Great place to train, everyone makes u feel welcome and have achieved great results working with Josef. In 5wks have lost over 1stone, over 3 inches from both hips and waist and over 3% body fat.
Great food advice, so I actually enjoy food more and am cooking again.
Can't wait to see where the next few weeks take me
