Claire is very knowledgeable and patient. She planned workouts in advance weekly and adapted them so that I could do them at home or in the gym on my own. It’s been great training with Claire and I have noticed my confidence has increased as well as my fitness levels. More...

Claire is a very good and understanding PT. Being a bigger guy and Having old injuries from rugby she manages to work round this and doesn’t give me the easy option of giving up. She will always try to work round these and always checking how I am after each set. Would highly recommend her to anyone who is a newbie or an old hand in the gym, just having that person motivating you makes a world of difference and gives you the extra push when needed - if it’s that last rep of a set or going up to that next weight you’ve been working towards. Claire is an excellent trainer for gym newbies and more experienced gym-goers. No matter your goals she will work with you to come up with a plan that suits your lifestyle and abilities. She is always on hand for any questions you may have. One to one sessions are at Results Gym (no membership needed for clients) and Claire is knowledgeable about the varied kit which keeps sessions fun and interesting. I work with clients to find out their goals and work out the best way to help them achieve this, I mainly focus on weight training/resistance training as the main component of the exercise and give nutritional advice when required

Consistency and hard work is the key to focussing on your goals...the secret being there isn’t a perfect body in general, it’s how you see your body yourself whether you feel you are where you need/want to be

During face to face sessions masks need to be worn and a safe distance kept between us.

Additionally the choice of zoom sessions have now been used when gyms have either been closed or the gym has not be accessible for whatever reason

Face to face personal training for 1 hour per session

Session frequency can be discussed in consultation

3 months minimum contract into 1 monthly rolling contract

Online personal training includes the following

-Personalised gym programme to follow based on your goals
