- Fertility problems,
- Food intolerances,
- Frequent colds and viruses,
- Headaches, migraines,

- Hormonal disorders,
- IBS,
- Mood swings,
- Obesity and weight problems,
- Osteoporosis,

- Stress & anxiety,
- or want to improve your sports performance
... changing your diet and lifestyle can have a big impact.

What do you love most about your job?

I LOVE the power of food and I am fascinated by the effects nutrition has on people’s health. Nutrition is my passion, as I believe that good health starts with good food.
- Do you want to IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH the natural way?
- Do you want to LOSE WEIGHT and stay your IDEAL SIZE?
- Do you want to feel WELL-RESTED in the morning and be FULL OF ENERGY all day?
- Do you want to discover YOUR BODY'S FULL POTENTIAL?
It all starts with FOOD.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have had very turbulent relationship with food. I went from being very thin and battling anorexia nervosa through my teenage years and early 20s, to being overweight and addicted to sugar after giving birth to three beautiful children in 3.5 years... and they weren't multiple births!
Finally I found my peace and nutrition has become my passion. But before embarking on my healthy eating jurney, my eating habits were disastrous! Having BA (Hons) degree in Corporate Management and nearly 10 years of experience working as an Office Manager and a PA to the City Executives, I can surely say that I understand how busy and demanding modern way of living can be. However, it's never too late to start taking care of your health and eat well!

Why should our clients choose you?

Through my experience I learned never to underestimate the power of food and that nutrition is not only about 'being on a diet', but about eating for your health and changing your lifestyle. Start making your healthy choices today. Book a NUTRITIONAL THERAPY CONSULTATION and receive a Personalised Nutrition and Lifestyle Programme.

Nutritionists & Dietitians FAQs

Your specialist will be able to advise you on the full range of services available and will be able to help you select the best treatment for your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a specialist today.

Dietitians are the only health professionals regulated and protected by law. Registered Nutritionists can provide evidence-based advice and information about food and healthy eating. Nutritional therapists provide alternative treatment, based on the idea that the body needs 'healing' and 'correcting'.

  • Credentials - Find a specialist that has the credentials to support your personal needs.

  • Experience - Ask how long your Dietitian or Nutritionist has been practising and look up their background.

  • Gimmicks - Check your specialist is not supporting an unsuitable diet brand or supplement.

  • Right fit - Make sure they are upfront in the areas they specialise in and are able to make referrals if your needs are outside their comfort zone.

The minimum requirement for a Dietitian is a degree in Dietetics or a related science degree with a postgraduate diploma or higher degree in Dietetics. Nutritionists should have attended a course which is accredited by the Association for Nutrition (AfN).

Before you choose either a Nutritionist or a Dietitian, you could read testimonials and read reviews on their website. You could also look at their profile page on Bark and read reviews from past customers too.
