How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
I believe that good things in = good things out.
If you want to perform at the highest level you have to fuel your body accordingly.
I also however, believe that life is for living, it is very easy to build a resentment towards a highly restricted diet.
If you plan to have that extra dessert, that’s fine. Just ensure you’ve earned it and your taking it into account for your weekly training load

I didn’t want to be restricted by the close minded conveyor-belt structure of commercial gyms.
