How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?

A healthy diet is important for many reasons. It can help to improve energy levels, mood, and focus. It can also help to protect against conditions such as heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. While there are many factors that contribute to a person’s overall health, what we eat is one of the most important. That’s why it’s so important to make sure that we are eating a variety of healthy foods every day. When we do, we are giving our bodies the nutrients they need to function at their best. And when our bodies are healthy, we are more likely to feel our best, too.

What do you love most about your job?

There are many aspects of my job that I enjoy, but what I love most is helping people. It can be very fulfilling to know that I am making a positive difference in someone's life. I often feel like I am empowering people to take control of their own lives and make positive changes. This is something that I am very passionate about, and it is one of the main reasons why I chose this career. helping people is a huge part of my job, and I am grateful that I get to do what I love every day.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After years of working in the NHS I became frustrated with the limitations of the service. I could only see clients for 20 minutes once every three months - how is that helpful to people? So I decided to start my own business offering more thorough and frequent support at affordable prices. I love being able to work with a variety of clients on a daily basis. It's challenging, but it's also incredibly rewarding. Every day, I wake up excited to go to work and see what the day will bring.

The reason why clients choose me is my expertise in both psychology and nutrition and dietetics. Why they stay with me is because I am a kind and compassionate practitioner who doesn't judge people for the choices they make. We work in partnership to create a better life together.
