I came to Matt with a specific injury-related problem, having had consistent and recurring ankle injuries for a long period of time. I was therefore out of shape and very low on fitness and confidence. Matt developed a workout plan tailored to build up strength and help reduce the risk of the injury recurring, as well as putting together a plan for me to do at home.
