Whether you have suffered a traumatic experience, if you already know the root of your feelings, or if you do not understand your feelings, you have already taken an important step towards feeling better. I can assist if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, unsatisfied, anxious or depressed, if you are feeling lost and need some direction, or if you simply want a better life and better relationships. I believe in people as individuals with differing needs. I have an Integrative Therapy style which uses different theories and approaches tailored to each person (not one size fits all). I have a holistic style to therapy, and will tend to find the root cause of issues to understand and move forward. I support people to find the confidence to live an authentic and happier life, in addition to addressing a variety of presenting issues or difficulties.

What do you love most about your job?

I love people, and believe in each person as an individual and completely unique. People have always gravitated towards my nature outside of my career as a therapist, so developing that into a job where I can help and support people is a dream! One of the best parts of my job is being privileged enough to get to know clients on a deeper level. Going on a journey with my clients, and seeing the transformation is truly inspiring. People are so resilient, I am constantly amazed at what we are capable of.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I liked the idea of creating something that was completely mine and would allow me to use many other skills as well as working therapeutically. Feeling pride and achievement from the hard work I put in is really motivating, and I've never been one that needs to be 'managed', so it works well for me. I love the flexible approach to working and being in charge of my own needs, direction and ambitions.
