What do you love most about your job?

I love my work for many reasons, I get to meet the most interesting people, some of whom become friends. It makes me very happy to know that I've improved someone's life by helping them out of afflicting issues. The way people respond when they fully understand How, Why & Where their old belief's came from, never fails to fill me & them with joy, their body language & facial expressions are delightful. Now they are free...

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was diagnosed with Lymphoma (blood cancer) in 2016, the after effects left me with mental health issues, depression ,anxiety & PTSD plus with all the time I was absent from work I couldn't stop analysing why my life had come to this. To cut a long story short I waited 12 months for NHS counselling that helped me on the day but not beyond, I then tried mindfulness group sessions, followed by one on one sessions & was diagnosed with PTSD in 2018. This was not the news I wanted to here so I started to do my own research & found RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) I booked a session & the effect was amazing, I now have phenomenal coping skills & found joy in my life. So I decided to train as an RTT practitioner & qualified in October 2020. The opening of my practice is recent & building this business gives me greater joy than anything I have chosen to do previously. Now I love helping people recover from their issues.

Why should our clients choose you?

For me life's all about people being healthy, being happy.
I really love my work, I'm very much a people person, I'm committed to sharing my life changing experience of RTT with you soon. When I 1st started studying my tutor told me that she wanted to cure the whole world. I very much share her sentiment. I'm also not deluded & understand that in time enthusiasm fades but for now it's my driving force, so come & use me whilst it's fresh an energetic. Let me give 100% commitment to you because you are significant & you really do matter to me.
Looking forward to giving you phenomenal transforming service soon.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

You can have sessions in the comfort of your own home. I use 'Zoom' because it's dependable with a good internet connection, it's also very user friendly & I have had many successes using it. It's easy for you also as I send you an email with the session link in there for you to just click & follow.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

All my work is online via Zoom so there's no person to person contact currently, this does not affect the effectiveness of the therapy at all, in fact, most people say they prefer it as they can rest easily after the session.

Hypnotherapy FAQs

Expand all

This will vary according to the level of experience and training that the hypnotherapist holds.

Your professional hypnotherapist will be able to advise you on the full range of therapies available and will be able to help you select the best one to suit your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a trusted hypnotherapist today.

Firstly, you'll have a conversation with your therapist to discuss what you hope to achieve and agree on what methods your therapist will use. Afterwards, the hypnotherapist may lead you into a deeply relaxed state using agreed methods to help you towards your goals. For example, suggesting that you don't want to carry out a certain habit gradually bring you out of the trance.

You are fully in control when under hypnosis and don't have to take on the therapist's suggestions if you don't want to. If necessary, you can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state. Most people expect to be put to sleep or to forget what happened afterwards but the opposite is true. You're fully aware the whole time of what is happening.

This is dependent on both your hypnotherapist and your circumstances. One-off services such as smoking cessation or gastric band hypnotherapy can last around two hours, while a general hypnotherapy session will usually take about an hour.

The duration of therapy will really be dependent on your circumstances and issues. Some people may require a longer-term approach with regular weekly sessions. Your hypnotherapist will let you know how many sessions they feel you might need when you start therapy and will be flexible when it comes to decreasing or extending the number of sessions according to your progress and needs.

There are currently no guidelines in place stipulating the training and qualifications a hypnotherapist must have in order to practice. Industry guidelines recommend that individuals should have completed at least an appropriate diploma or have completed a course that involved a minimum of 450 learning hours, of which 120 hours must have been face-to-face.

You may also want to ask for testimonials of their recent work. You could also look at their profile page on Bark and Bark can show you reviews from past customers who have used their hypnotherapy services.

Hypnotherapy has repeatedly and consistently helped patients with a whole host of issues. It can help with anxiety, depression, anxiety, PTSD, obesity, addictions, fear of flying, public speaking, stopping smoking, insomnia, weight loss amongst others. When combined with methods such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), valuable healing work can begin as quickly as one or two sessions.

You might be surprised to hear that hypnotherapy can be delivered remotely over the phone, through an online video chat platform, or with pre-recorded sessions sent by email.
