Hi, I'm Carolina. I'm a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and HeartMath Certified practitioner.

I made my mission to make therapy accessible to everyone. I offer tailored solutions for anxiety, worry, stress, and health management.

Hypnotherapy

Anxiety and depression

After four sessions with Carol I feel more in control of my emotions and thoughts.
I keep using the techniques I learnt to tame anxiety, I understand myself better and instead of overthinking now I can focus on my studies.
I finally broke the worry/procrastinating cycle, I’m more productive and I feel more motivated in general.

The sessions were very pleasant, the relaxation techniques really help to calm body and mind.
I recommend Carol if you need help overcoming anxiety, stress and depression.

Losing weight without diet.

I have had 4 therapeutic sessions with Carolina in Jan and Feb 2024.

Yes, I offer online sessions, hypnotherapy works well online, you can arrange your therapy session to take place from your home or work. We can do Skype, Zoom, Facetime etc..
