Hypnotherapy

Charmini has absolutely changed my life, I’d been wanting to reach out for help for a while but I finally got the courage and looked online and requested a quote on bark. Charmini rang me within half an hour and instantly I felt relaxed. I initially only planned 6 sessions with Charmini but I’ve done more than that because I just enjoyed each and every session, and I have completely changed as a person. Things that have controlled my entire life are under control, and if I could I would have done therapy with Charmini forever. Im still working with Charmini but she is absolutely wonderful, im very introverted with most peoole but Charmini is very easy to talk to, she makes a lot of sense in her advice and always makes sure I am comfortable before we start anything new. Charmini is an absolutely fantastic practitioner, I got so much from her sessions. She is very down to earth, patient empathetic and intuitive whilst also incredibly knowledgeable in so many areas. You can tell she genuinely cares and wants to help.
Charmini helped me see things clearly when I was struggling with anxiety and depression, she knew exactly what techniques would work for me and was always so patient and understanding when I struggled to put into words how I was feeling or what I was thinking. I had an improvement in my symptoms and life became more manageable.

Charmini offers a professional, adaptable, personal, unique, caring therapy. My teenage daughter was experiencing anxiety issues hence engaging with Charmini. Not only have the sessions helped my daughter they have made me more aware of my parenting style and as such encouraged me to reassess how I am behaving and reacting to "teenage issues". There is nothing more rewarding than watching someone move from painful limitations to hope, happiness and an abundant life. It is an absolute honour to help people make those changes.

I wanted to wake up every day and look forward to my work, to feel enriched by it. Most of all, I wanted to know that I had helped others in some way.

I am skilled and passionate about helping clients reach their goals. I genuinely care about each of my clients and their unique journeys. My ethos is to help clients move toward a more resilient and authentic self.

I work online and in person. I use a range of platforms to accommodate clients. Some of these are:

Whatsapp

The in person sessions are run from professional therapy rooms that adhere to strict Covid secure practices.

Services

These sessions are best for very specific issues. I use cognitive behavioral therapy alongside hypnotherapy and resilience building therapies to help create the change you want.

Typically, change can be achieved in 8-10 sessions

Sessions last 50 minutes.
In person or online.
Weekday fees 10am-3pm, 6pm-8pm £60
Weekend fees 11am-2pm £65

The sessions are designed to create core systemic change and are conducted at a gentler pace, but like all my sessions they will layer in feel-better exercises and interventions from the outset.

I ask clients to commit to a minimum of 3 months of weekly sessions as this approach needs time to work. This is really a commitment to yourself and the better life you desire.

Sessions last 50 minutes and can be in-person, online or a mixture of the two

In this 2 hour session we will explore your change-goal and map out a plan to help you achieve it.

Additionally, I will help you to uncover the subconscious processes that have kept you from reaching them. We will explore how you have been subconsciously sabotaging yourself, how you can interrupt that pattern, and find a better one to install in its place.

These sessions are fast-paced, directive, and can be challenging at times. You will need to be committed to achieving your goal and doing the work needed to get there.

Insight coaching can be a one-off standalone session or can involve a series of sessions to support you as you embed the changes you want to make.
