I have suffered from insomnia since I was twelve and as I didn't want to take sleeping pills I thought hypnosis was worth a try. I looked at various therapists and chose Adel as she seemed the most professional.How right I was.After 3 sessions I am sleeping so well. I have recently had session with Adel for Anxiety and I cant rate her enough. Having suffered with serious health illness in the past I had developed health anxiety to the point it was dominating my life. I have had numerous counselling in the past however it never seemed to get to the root until I had sessions with Adel. Adel is very professional and used new techniques EFT and Hypnotherapy. I have been in business since 2004 and am a full time professional therapist. I have helped thousands of clients and I have been trained at the City University, London by one of the world's leading hypnotherapists. I am completely confident in my abilities as I have had over a decade of experience. I am more than confident I am able to deal with any issue presented to me. I am not a 'one size fits all' therapist, I don't rely on scripts, each client is treated individually according to their needs and issue presented.
Because I use the most advanced techniques and highly tuned intuition I am able to help clients in only a few sessions... average around three. Although smoking is usually sorted in one session.
