I offer Counselling, Life Coaching and Career Coaching services to people over 18 across UK. I am fully insured and a member of Industry regulating bodies for each respective discipline.I specialise in trauma work, abuse, substance misuse and neuro divergent counselling services, however I work with a very wide range of issues: depression, anxiety, anger, bereavement, buying, depression, self esteem, relationships, stress, women's services.

What do you love most about your job?
The privilege of witnessing my client's progress. I don't believe that there is such a thing as small progress, but rather everything is relative. Someone who managed to make it out of bed whilst battling depression is just as successful as someone who reached their therapy goal to be more confident. Someone's success of getting a job is just as valuable as someone's who finally reached a dream position.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In counselling there is a notion which says that you can not take anyone where you haven't been yourself. I leave it to you to paint a picture. Vast life experiences took me where I am now, and for me success it to witness my client's goals in Counselling or Life or Career Coaching taking shape.

My services are strictly remote via video. The platform can be one you are comfortable with, Skype, Zoom, Whatsapp etc.
Career coaching
Tailored to the individual, the Career Coaching services are designed for:
-those entering the workforce,
-those already in the workforce but who want to progress or change careers,
-those aspiring to achieve management levels or simply progress.
A blend of personal, professional and educational tools designed specifically for you after an initial conversation.
Life Coaching
Ideal for addressing any personal, emotional, spiritual, physical changes.
Whilst it can be very complex, the notion is actually very simple: you are seeking change in an area of your life and you don't know where to start, what it actually is that you would like to change and how to go about it. On my website you will find comprehensive and diverse case studies, to give you an idea of what our work together could look like. Counselling
Please note that my Counselling services are very different than the Life/Career coaching services. If you are unsure of which service you could benefit more of, I am happy to discuss this in the initial assessment. I offer counselling to adults over the age of 18 across UK.
