I'm quite experienced with all aspects of fitness and was always reluctant to go down the PT route. A friend recomended urban fitness to me. My training had stalled a bit and I wasn't making any new progress. On my first session I realised I wasn't pushing myself that hard! A great session and it opened up some new training methods I wouldn't have even thought to use before! I am now more motivated than ever and my training has become a lot more interesting! Not only do you get a great session but a wealth of knowledge to apply to your own sessions in your own time. I think the military experience gives UF NE an edge over other pt's as it shines through in the motivation they give you! Thanks a lot and see you again soon can't wait for my next session.
