I got a printed vest from gym goddess and i absolutely love it! The material is lovely and light and not clingy at all which for me is a huge bonus, its very flattering and doesnt ride up like some tops. Cant wait to order more!

When you press 5* as a review on Facebook it adds "I loved it" and there is no better way to describe working with Caz! I signed up for a 6 week plan to get me through a 26mile charity run I was taking part in, as I'd been slacking on training and was pretty panicked! In 6 weeks Caz built my muscles back up, guided me nutritionally and was available with words of encouragement and support whenever I needed her. I lost body fat and toned up without skipping a meal or sacrificing any of my favourite things. I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with her and those she set me up with to do at home.
