How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Eating a diet that meets your individual needs is important for optimal physical and mental wellbeing. Working with a dietitian can help you identify the diet that helps you thrive. Eating a healthy diet does not need to be time-consuming or expensive.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I work 1:1 with clients to identify their goals and support them to get there. This can look different for different. I am guided by you and how you work. Clients get access to a free app where they can track their food intake, habits and workouts. An exclusive online hub is also included where they get access to recipes, blog posts and more.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping clients navigate the confusing world of nutrition and simplifying it, so they can take control of their own health and wellbeing for years to come.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am passionate about making evidenced informed nutrition and fitness advice more accessible. I like being able to offer clients appointments remotely and outwith the normal 9-5, Monday-Friday.

Yes, I can provide services online and remotely. Remote consultations can be conducted online via the Google Meet platform, telephone or a phone application. The mode of delivery will be decided an on individual basis.
Diet and Mental Health
Food and Mood, Disordered Eating and more. This service is for you if you experience the following. Feelings of guilt and shame associated with eating, feelings of guilt and shame associated with weight gain, rigid rituals and routines surrounding food and exercise, have a mental health diagnosis e.g. anxiety or depression and/or frequent dieting, anxiety associated with specific foods or meal skipping.
Gut Health
Irritable Bowel Syndrome and the Low FODMAP diet. This service is for you if you suffer from stomach pain, wind, cramps and/or bloating. Tried every diet and nothing has helped with your symptoms.
Personal Training/Online Coaching
Online coaching the opportunity to receive professional support through a computer or mobile device. You also need a good internet connection. Clients find it easier and more convenient, and it can save you lots of time.
Benefits include- Accountability, motivation, flexibility and freedom.
If you feel like you require that extra bit of support, online coaching is for you.
Packages include-Weekly check ins, personalised dietary guidance, personalised fitness plan and access to your plan and resources via your client portal and hub.

Dietary guidance for hypothalamic amenorrhoea.

This service is for you if you have lost weight unintentionally due to illness or if you feel like you should gain weight.
