Had my first appointment at Clinica Medica today with Karen to have some lips fillers done. Customer Service was great. Karen went through loads of information before going ahead with my treatment and answered all my questions fully. I first went to Racheal for a deep tissue massage a few months ago. I had back pain and wasn’t sure if it would work but thought I’d give it a go anyway. After the massage she told me my muscles were going to ache the next day which I laughed this off (ouch). As well as that, she gave me simple advice and stretches to do at home to help limit the pain returning to the same level. Still sceptical, I booked my second appointment, which was a lot less painful both during and after the massage (the next appointment was so relaxing I wasn’t sure I was actually getting a DTM (I was)). Racheal had mentioned the deep tissue programme to me at my first appointment and I was sure I wasn’t going to end up on it, but here I am, 4 months later with less back pain than I’ve had in years! I had my eyebrows microbladded by Valerie. She was friendly, helpful and very professional explaining all elements of the treatment and aftercare. I was delighted when I went back about 8 weeks to get the top up. After a terrible experience at Maes Brows, l visited Liz who in one word is amazing. From the consultation process through to my first appointment, my experience was 1st class. Liz you are true professional and I would say to anyone do not waste your money by going anywhere else! Don't be fooled by the cheap Voucher offers that others lure you in with, then you find out the cost is so much more for eyebrow strokes. Liz works and apply's the semi-permanent makeup in lovely sterile surroundings. She made me feel involved, is a good listener and very friendly, she put me at ease. Consulting a doctor about any contra-indications, therefore very thorough. Finally the results.... baring in mind she was correcting the work I had elsewhere. WOW, I couldn't believe it!!! Liz is a perfectionist and I finally had the brows I wanted and never thought I would have. First time visit. I got a great deal for a shrinking wrap, I was a little nervous and also not convinced that it would work. The premises were spotlessly clean, staff lovely and friendly. The girl doing my treatment was so nice and completely made me feel at ease, really professional.
