was made 2 feel at home very freindly and enviting i havent smoocked in 2 plus days and my mood has been more up lifted ive tryed everything 2 stop smooking and nothing ever worked i feel like this is it am not thinking about smooking and its rayher liburating would defently recomend this 2 anyone who is trying 2 stop x

I have been a heavy smoker for 35 years and have tried everything and one of my work colleagues whose wife had quit told me about this girl who did hypnotherapy and so I thought why not.
I had one session 3 weeks ago and i am still baffled. I haven't even thought about smoking and am so proud and happy to now be a non smoker.

I had NLP and a little hypnotherapy to help with social anxiety and panic.
Lesley was wonderful in helping me train my brain into not expecting what was not going to happen by over thinking EVERYTHING!
Now in feeling more confident about life as a whole, I'm feeling more relaxed and starting to enjoy what I used to avoid due to fear of failure. Cant recommend this therapy with this lovely lady enough. Massive thank you!

Having being coached by one of the worlds greatest and most renowned hypnotherapists, NLP Practitioner and Coach to the stars Mr Ali Campbell I feel blessed to have learned and am still learning from him and watching the transformation of each individual i help and permanently dissolving issues that have plagued peoples daily lives with simple but effective techniques.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be able to help individuals realise there is light at the end of the tunnel and to get out their own way long enough to realise they are only one thought away from their own well being.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have vast experience both professionally and personally in social, personal and professional issues that hold people back in their every day lifes. These issues may not appear problematic to friends, colleagues and family members however can be a daily struggle for the individual suffering (in most cases) in silence. I get to the root of the problem with a skilled set of tools and a very non judgemental approach which instantly puts my clients at ease.
