It was easy to place my order for afternoon tea for two from The Flying Pan. Rhett is very flexible and accommodating regarding choice of sandwich fillings and cake. He delivered the food this morning and we ate it late afternoon. The quality and freshness was excellent, as was the quantity of sandwiches, scones and shortbread biscuits; not forgetting the strawberries of course. The spread was excellent - and we are afternoon tea connoisseurs - Rhett certainly knows what he's doing and he does it well. Order anything off Rhett's menus and you will not be disappointed. I provide bespoke menus for all my clients, menus are designed around budget, dietary requirements and cuisine type

I have spent over 20 years working in professional kitchens, the last 16 years as Head Chef at an award winning Boutique Hotel, when the owners retired, I decided to branch out on my own and here I am
