i can only give 100stars the rice n pease and mutton was just as my mum would make it and i smiled when i found a pemento sead 👍🏾i have lost my appetite for over a year and was going to sainsburys on colmore row when i smelt the alluring aroma and i am glad i changed my mind. i ate like a starving man (and im a woman) and enjoyed every bit. the salad was freshly cut right there and then. i also tried the pork which was very very tasty and it was nice to see a queue at Sharians and only one person at the one of the other three food tents. i would buy from sharian’s again and again and again More...

I went to Staffs Fest at the weekend had Jerk Chicken with rice , salad and plantain and then just took a hot jerk chicken home for my partner , one of the best jerk chickens either of us have ever had and I’ve travelled to JA a lot ! Wonderful thank you

What’s your signature dish?
Our Jerk Chicken (boned and skinless or bone in) is the real deal and can be bought at any of our street food events or chosen for your private occasion. For those who prefer fish, our roasted sea bass is an award winning dish rated by Levi Roots and all who taste it!!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The Sharians Jamaican Cuisine website is a good place to start creating your bespoke menu. It is during the phone conversations, emails and texts that your choices become concrete. If we don't have what you would like on the website, talk to us and we feel sure we can provide just what you desire.
What do you love most about your job?
Cooking and feeding you as clients and your guests is just the best. We are honoured to be able to enjoy your celebration as we make our contribution to the day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The joy of cooking and seeing others enjoy the food we cook was the inspiration for starting Sharians. Being a part of the street food revolution is exciting and keeps us evolving striving to stay ahead of the game.
