How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
If you’re planning a big day (wedding perhaps) then you’ll want it to be fantastic, and so the food you provide for your guests has to be too. Planning a menu at an early stage will make sure it is – however if you need catering at the last minute, we’ll do our very best to help.

Arrow Valley Hog Roast also provide scrumptious salads and sides. Our list of salads and sides may occasionally change or get updated from time to time. . . but just so you know, if there’s a side or salad that you fancy – please just ask.
What do you love most about your job?
We enjoy feeding and pleasing our customers, In our opinion, you can’t beat eating a hot pork bap outside or at a festival. I’m sure Andy will agree when I say that outside catering is our passion. Going outside and feeding large groups of people is something that we love to do. We’re proud to show up at an event and look after our customers by giving them our best.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We put our heads together (and skills) to find a way of starting a catering business together – we shared a passion for food, drink and good hospitality. After much discussion we knew that a running a hog roast company would be perfect for us. It’s a fantastic way to feed lots of guests outside, in all seasons.

We’re a competitively priced, free range hog roast company with organic values. All our free range pigs are slow cooked between six and eight hours ensuring that every one is perfectly tender and moist. Watch it cooking with your own eyes. Then stand back and relax, while we carve and serve for you.
