I’m a career and life coach, passionate about working with people, making connection with them and helping them to become the best version of themselves. I offer sessions both in Italian and English. Background I was born and raised in Italy, I have a master’s degree in economics and cross-cultural experience between Italy and the UK. I worked in accounting practice, corporate organizations and for American and English law firms; my most recently experience is in Cambodia with an NGO. I'm currently collaborating with Intrapreneur start-up and gender equality and educational no-profit. Due to my experience of living in London, I’m familiar with the stress that people might experience in their working environment. My programmes are for anyone who wants more from their career and typically, my clients are experienced professionals considering a career change. Rarely people start their career in their early twenties and stay in the same path for all of their life. I work with clients who are currently in transition, have a lack of clarity about next steps or are overwhelmed with life and stress due to jobs and responsibilities. A career change could mean anything from starting a new job, completely change your sector, or becoming an entrepreneur and setting up your own business. My skills as a Life Coach are instead regularly incorporated into career coaching, because often, the path to your success goes deeper that professional achievements. We can work together in building your confidence, improve relationships and cultivate positive habits and self-image to name a few.

What do you love most about your job?

I consider myself a very lucky professional, my job gives me the freedom and gratification to work with people from different backgrounds. As a coach, I consider all my clients different and my approach is fully customised to each of them.
I’m interested in understanding my clients, getting to know their priorities and aspirations and I’m keen to create a collaborative, non-judgmental and safe space in order to move towards successful resolution for my clients.
Finally, the thing that I love the most about my job is the meaningful connection that through coaching I create with my clients; people share their thoughts, they make themselves vulnerable and I consider this the most rewarding part of my job.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The life experiences that I had during these years in London, and my passion to work with people who are keen to focus on their values, priorities, motivation and achievement of personal and professional goals gave me the push to start my own business.
I understand my client's professional context and their challenges at work.
My life experiences in London and my corporate background, make me feel connected and totally interested in working with people, understanding the challenge that they have by moving to a new country and coping with intercultural differences.
I help clients who are currently at crossroads in their life and in need of new direction.

Why should our clients choose you?

There are a number of ways in which I can help clients, but the basic principles are always the same – recognition of personal core values, priorities, motivation and achievement of personal and professional goals, with particular emphasis on mental health, wellbeing and personal awareness in daily life.
My coaching programmes are divided in understanding your current situation (where you are), exploring ideas (where you want to go) and taking actions (how to get there). Without actions thoughts are just ideas.

While both are focused on self-improvement, life and career coaching are two very different services. Life coaching is focused on reaching personal goals, whether that’s about relationships, building confidence, or finding meaning in life. Career coaching helps with challenges associated with your career. A career coach may help you cultivate skills such as career planning, interview techniques, CV writing and building confidence.

A business coach (or business consultant) is someone who can provide an outside perspective of you and your business, to provide new insight and strategies to help you reach your business goals. They’re trained in supporting a range of business goals, from driving sales and boosting revenue to supporting more personal career development, like building strong leadership qualities or improving focus and efficiency. Whatever your pain points, a business coach will help you tackle them head-on. They’re typically successful business owners themselves which means they can bring valuable experience to the table!

Whether you’re a one-person start-up or the managing director of a multinational company, we could all benefit from career coaching. Someone from the outside will be able to provide a fresh perspective on issues that you may not even have realised existed! If you’ve got a vision but have no idea how to make it into a reality, then a career coach will help you to break down your goals into manageable chunks to achieve them.

Whatever stage you’re at in your professional journey, a career coach can help you get there, whether it’s making small wins or a big change. If you’re stuck in a rut or looking for a major change in your career or business, a good business coach will help you to earn much more than the cost of their services.
