I had the incredible opportunity to experience a course of Roxy's Theta Healing sessions, I can't emphasize enough how transformative they've been for me. As a coach striving to align my work with my true values, Roxy's sessions have been a game-changer and I feel more empowered to help others through this work I did on myself with her.

Theta Healing helped me focus like, allowing me to tap into my inner wisdom and purpose. It also grounded me into my body, providing a sense of balance and presence that I had been missing. This newfound presence translated into more joy in both my personal and professional life.

The first time I spoke to Roxanne I was an emotional mess! I was crying down the phone and apologised and explained that unfortunately she had caught me at a bad time and at one of my lowest points in the last few years going through a very stressful divorce. I realise now that that initial call was in fact divine timing which led me to a path of spiritual enlightenment through her amazing healing sessions. They have been like therapy for me but much much more deep rooted! Through the theta healing practise so much came to the surface and I felt a sense of release of past childhood traumas and built up negative energy. It’s also helped me learn to find a way of letting go of things that no longer serve me and use my voice!

I always feel much lighter and happier after each session and a shift in my emotional and physical energy. I also sleep so much better!

Roxanne is truly a beautiful healer. She is a warm hearted soul, so calm in nature and has been so supportive and empathetic through all the sessions.

It’s a long journey ahead and the inner work continues but I’m so happy to have chosen Roxanne and grateful to her for guiding me through such a difficult time.

I had a beautiful healing session with Roxanne. You can feel her empathic and calming energy as soon as you enter the room.
She is non judgemental, gentle and kind as a person, but her work is utter magic.

So much came up and the healing session moved to areas of my life that I didn’t think would come up. She has an amazing way of pulling out your truth.

Roxanne is an amazing Theta & past trauma healer. I had a session with Roxanne for healing after a surgery, but not only did she provide healing for that, she identified past childhood hurt & trauma and we worked through that to release too. I cannot recommend Roxanne enough.
I’ve been working with her for 2 months now and the changes I’ve seen in my inner and outer world have truly surprised me.

I’ve had traditional therapy before and I’m very self-aware but I still couldn’t transform myself the way working with Roxanne has.

When I came to her, I was in quite a dark place. I felt incredibly stuck in life and I suffered with low moods and probably low self-esteem.

As each session has taken place, I’ve felt myself become increasingly receptive to the healing that Roxanne is offering. This is because Roxanne holds a safe and loving container and I instantly knew I could trust her. It’s also because with each session, I started to see things shifting for me. And with each shift, I became more receptive to the healing, which in turn shifted things even more.

The most noticeable changes for me so far have been that I no longer feel stuck! I finally feel like I can affect change in my life and in the world. And I have been - my career is starting to progress and I’ve exited a very painful and stagnant relationship.
My baseline level of happiness has increased quite significantly and I now often catch myself giggling for no reason other than I’m excited to be alive.
The change that has taken me most by surprise is that my previously very severe inner critic has all but vanished and I actually like and love myself and now behave in ways that show that. I’ve learnt how to assert and enforce my boundaries and how to reclaim my power.

Roxanne has the ability to make you feel instantly at ease, held and guided, as she works with the Creator to identify and remove limiting beliefs, replacing them with beliefs that will literally shift the entire flavour of your life 1000x quicker than any therapy I’ve ever had.

Roxanne does miracle work. 

I came to Roxanne for help because I was about to start on a new creative project and I had always felt that in my creative work, I had never been paid fairly for the work I do. As subjective as creativity is, I had always felt that there is something bigger blocking me from receiving what I deserve. 

Knowing that certain beliefs, especially around relationships can stop us from attracting the right partner, I hoped there was a way to challenge or break free from whatever deep rooted beliefs I have been holding in my body all these years about receiving money for my time and work. 
(For example even if I have been paid appropriately - often something has randomly happened to prevent me from receiving the full amount.)

I spoke to Roxanne and explained what I wanted to work on and from there she led me on an amazing spiritual healing, guiding and journeying with me, not only to the core of myself, but to the very core of the greater universe where suddenly I experienced an amazing and very much longed for freedom from self. A sudden incredible peace.

It was there that Roxanne, gently helped me work through a lot of old, stagnant beliefs that I have from not only this life but possibly from lives before this one. Beliefs that are of no use to me anymore. Sometimes Roxanne would guide me deeper me to find the true core of the belief, sometimes she could feel what the belief was from the connection she has created as a healer.


During the healing Roxanne energetically cleansed my whole body free of old musty energy and filled me with new light and stronger beliefs. It’s like being reprogrammed like a robot. Really it feels like miracle work.

It was also during my hour that I finally hit the main base of where this long standing belief stood, and how - as I’m sure is the case with most peoples negative beliefs - it is not my stuff and has no use in my life. I do not need to be a slave for any reason. I deserve to be paid for my time and my talents.
