What do you love most about your job?

Hearing from colleagues about how they've been influenced in their development and progression is perhaps the single most rewarding aspect of delivering Leadership Development.

What inspired you to start your own business?

As a specialist in interim management I've been dropped into teams varying in size from six to 200 and stayed from 3 months to 2 years to build sustainable teamwork, great customer care and to handover to a new leader. There is a joy in coaching and mentoring teams and a greater joy in developing great leaders to inspire others. My business fulfils this need!

Why should our clients choose you?

I have over 30 years of experience in managing people. I made many mistakes in my first few years and have continually developed tools and methods to both prevent making mistakes and to truly inspire my team to become highly effective. I can help you become an inspirational, respected leader and you won't need to make as many mistakes as I did before learning the tools and methods that make this happen!

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

The coaching and mentoring provided is effective in person or remotely, typically via video chat e.g. Zoom, Whatsapp, Teams.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

If customers wish to meet in person, I will provide my Covid Pass that evidences full vaccination status, recent LFT result, wear PPE as prescribed by the customer and complete all health screening on site as required.

While both are focused on self-improvement, life and career coaching are two very different services. Life coaching is focused on reaching personal goals, whether that’s about relationships, building confidence, or finding meaning in life. Career coaching helps with challenges associated with your career. A career coach may help you cultivate skills such as career planning, interview techniques, CV writing and building confidence.

A business coach (or business consultant) is someone who can provide an outside perspective of you and your business, to provide new insight and strategies to help you reach your business goals. They’re trained in supporting a range of business goals, from driving sales and boosting revenue to supporting more personal career development, like building strong leadership qualities or improving focus and efficiency. Whatever your pain points, a business coach will help you tackle them head-on. They’re typically successful business owners themselves which means they can bring valuable experience to the table!

Whether you’re a one-person start-up or the managing director of a multinational company, we could all benefit from career coaching. Someone from the outside will be able to provide a fresh perspective on issues that you may not even have realised existed! If you’ve got a vision but have no idea how to make it into a reality, then a career coach will help you to break down your goals into manageable chunks to achieve them.

Whatever stage you’re at in your professional journey, a career coach can help you get there, whether it’s making small wins or a big change. If you’re stuck in a rut or looking for a major change in your career or business, a good business coach will help you to earn much more than the cost of their services.
