WoodHazel has completely transformed my approach to selling and I can't thank them enough. I have always had a perception of myself as someone who finds it difficult to sell..a bit of a reluctant sales person.. We have been working together on their Philosophy of Selling programme and what I have appreciated is that although there is a clear structure in what they teach it's not a cookie cutter approach by any means. Both Rachel and Ciaran are brilliant active listeners and mould their sessions to fit the person and business that they are working with. After each session I came away with very clear action points to both implement and practice before we next met. The next session always incorporated a review and consolidation from the session before which I really liked. These guys really know their stuff and I really appreciate their straight talking, no BS approach to working with their clients. Both Ciaran and Rachel compliment each other in their various skill sets. Had the pleasure of working with Ciaran at Woodhazel. He is very professional, listening and balanced coach. Took time to establish my needs and what i was looking from our sessions and each session was focussed on the aspects we discussed as areas to improve/work on.
