What do you love most about your job?
Fundamentally my passion is in people, leading them, coaching them and developing them. Secondly it is customers - without them our businesses and organisations simply wouldn't exist - I am deeply invested in ensuring customer excellence in any business I work with. Finally, performance - I love hitting targets and helping others to do so in their businesses!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Quite simply, I realised I had a gift to share with the world that I had been lending to my employers over the past 10+ years of working in middle management for multi-national corporate companies.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm uniquely talented at connecting with people and making them laugh. In what is a quite serious industry it is important that we can find success with a smile on our face. I get results by asking the right questions and giving tangible steps to the goals, targets or objectives that we set. I get the job done, and pride myself on delivering on time, every time for my clients.
