Una stazione, per carità bella, elegante, moderna, con tanti negozi, ampia, spaziosa ecc.. ma pur sempre una stazione. Se capitate ok, altrimenti si può farne una ragione.

What do you love most about your job?
I love collaborating with people, helping problem solve, and adding real tangible value to their businesses, especially SMB and those just starting out
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love having the flexibility to choose the people and companies i work with, so i can really get passionate about it.
Why should our clients choose you?
That's really up to you - I have helped hundreds of companies across verticals, so i have seen most problems and so therefore also have a lot of accelerators to speed up the process of resolving any aspect of your business you would like advise on. I always think a quick call to discuss you, your company and your issue, and for you to get to know me, will really let you know if we would be a great fit.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
My preference is to provide most of my services online or remotely, I have access to all of the necessary tools, be that Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google meets, Slack etc. So I always like the calls to be video based where we can share information on the screen and have a place where we can work collaboratively together to solve problems.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Being able to provide consulting and advisory services online and through remote services, has enabled me to keep my customers safe during this period.
Where to play
Identify optimal customer segments and attributes
Define market attractiveness
Prioritise markets
Identify new market white space
- Market modelling
- Customer attributes
- Market entry assessment
- Capability modelling
How to Win
Identify win factors by segment
Benchmark position vs win factor and competitors
Define value proposition (Price, Promotion etc.)
- Competitor assessments
- Win theme analysis
- Value proposition development
Growth Hacking
I have helped multiple early stage companies, and those entering the UK market for the first time, to understand their best route to market, and all the short cuts and lessons i have learnt over the years assessing hundreds of companies.
How to Execute - Go to Market planning
Define partner approach
Design value proposition in depth (including CX)
Develop end-to-end GTM plan and measures
Pricing analysis etc
Restructuring and Transformation
-5-step profit formula
-mini audit assessment questionnaires
-sales and marketing workbooks
-Asset protection and how to structure your business in the most effective way - such as having assets like property and IP in one company protected, and then running your day to day operations through another, offers all sorts of benefits.
Company structures can also save you huge amounts of money, depending on the type of company you are, and LLP for example, or business with lots of assets like vans, etc can massively increase underlying profits
Mergers & Acquisitions - and disposals (do you want to sell)
one of the fastest ways to add customers over night, is to buy a bolt on company, this is a strategy i have undertaken many times.
I can also assist if you are looking to dispose of your company and don't know the best route to go down.
