I have experience in all aspects of business and always wanted to help other entrepreneurs achieve success. When I started my own business in 2015 I realized that there are so many aspects of business that are misunderstood or unknown. As a Coach I get the opportunity to teach my clients from my own experience and trials.
My own background qualifies me to deal with any aspect of business challenges:
-Over 25 yrs financial management (I studied accounting and Business Management) - experience as a bank manager.
-I was in the HR/IR environment for 17 years, before starting my first business in 2015 as an entrepreneur.
-I studied Executive Coaching through UCT and Certified as both a Business Coach as well as Executive Coach through ActionCOACH.
Both, depending on the area. I see clients in person as far as Pretoria, Jhb and even in the Mpumalanga region. Working remotely with clients does save time and is focused as well as structured, but I do believe that we need human interaction and therefore all my clients are invited to events every quarter so we can interact.
Doing most of my sessions online, when meeting in person adhere to the Covid regulations and ensuring that my both my clients and myself are screened prior to interacting.
