Nathan creates a comfortable environment where I feel like I have the space to work through things that are bothering me, but that I might not consciously acknowledge. Nathan has definitely had a positive impact on my life. After around five sessions, I really feel like I've made progress in how I view myself and my relationships.

Sophie used techniques that were incredibly simple yet effective. She understood my problems with little delving and got right to placing them elsewhere so I could move forward with my life in just a session. It really was as simple as filing it away. She evidently knew and loved what she was doing. I can't thank her enough for the one session of therapy and genuine help she has been. I look forward to using her techniques in practice and feel comfortable reaching out to her if I need to again. Sophie has given me plenty of material to move forward with and I can't wait to finally have a good night's sleep. Thank you Sophie :)
Anger is often treated as the elephant in the room when seeking help, even when it is the presenting issue. Anger is a feeling - plain and simple - and like other feelings provides vital data. When anger is managed well, with assertiveness and kindness, it is a very powerful and empowering feeling. Anger is a gift if you understand what to do with it and your anger is welcome here.
The joy comes when a client realises that they have the power to choose happiness over sadness, courage over fear, and self-compassion over shame.
Noticing I had the skills to help others achieve their goals.
They 'shouldn't' do anything. Should/shouldn't, right/wrong, good/bad are all binary ways of thinking. Simply by replacing the should with could becomes both powerful and empowering. You could choose me and I'd be delighted to serve you, but you are certainly under no obligation to do so.
Yes I can. My preferred platform is via Zoom. I believe this allows you the convenience and security of physically being where you need to be, without the expense and time needed for travel to and from a session. It also allows me to be in the environment I reserve for my practice.
If you would prefer to talk in person then let’s explore how we can best facilitate that.
Not applicable as most sessions are remote. If a face to face session is preferred then we can work out together the safest, most convenient way to support this.
