Bridge Counselling and Psychotherapy

I work with children, teenagers & adults. The struggle with your emotions is real. The good news is, it doesn’t have to be this way. As an accredited counsellor and Journey Practitioner, I can help you gain more from life, finding freedom from what may be blocking you, including: conflicted emotions, difficult relationships, stress, anxiety, depression and personal development. All appointments are on-line at the moment. Please do not ask me to contact you as I have to pay to do so. If I am unable to take a new client, there is no way for me to explain this to you without paying for the lead. Thank you.

What do you love most about your job?

I love enabling clients to step into their own power and find the confidence to live a more fulfilling, enjoyable life.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Having done my degree in Psychology, I had spent 22 years in the corporate world, where I gained most satisfaction from coaching. When my daughter's health failed, I left my career and decided to do go back to my roots, studying a psychotherapy course. My passion for supporting people through life's challenges grew, so I set up my own business to enable me to earn some income, whilst maintaining a good work / life balance, which I believe is important, if I am to offer my best self to my clients.

Why should our clients choose you?

I have a wealth of personal, life and professional experience, which enables me to draw on a broad range of strategies and tools to help clients to help themselves. I get great feedback and many of my clients come from referrals from those who have used my services.

I am also continually updating my knowledge and skills to ensure that I remain up to date and fresh in my approach.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

All my services are currently provided on-line only.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Since Covid, I have moved my business entirely on-line. This is in order to keep both my clients and myself safe.
