I am a trained therapist and currently registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (B.A.C.P.) and has over 17years experience in the NHS. I hold a Graduate Diploma in Clinical and Pastoral Counselling (level 6/ Degree Level), Diploma in Mental Health Studies, Diploma in Health and Social care, Level 4 in Social Work, City and Guilds in Mental Health Level 3 and a number of other certificates in C.

I am an experienced and professional therapist, working for 24 years as a counsellor in the N.H.S and privately. My career in therapy stemmed from my work in nursing the terminally ill and working with bereaved families. Since qualifying, I have worked extensively with emotional and relationship problems, including childhood abuse, self esteem and confidence issues. I have also have 20 years experience, counselling young people between the ages of 11-25, in schools, privately and on line.
