What do you love most about your job?

Being able to offer a space where people who are struggling can feel safe to truly be themselves and to be fully listened to. I find it such a privilege to walk alongside people on their journey of life and support them in navigating that journey with all it's challenges; supporting them to discover and accept who they are; helping them to heal and seeing them empowered to live the life they want to live.

I believe people begin to heal the moment they feel heard.

What inspired you to start your own business?

For as long as I can remember, I have always been passionate about helping others and usually the "go to" person amongst family and friends when they needed a listening ear.

I decided to train to become a counsellor as I wanted to be able to do more than just listen. I wanted to be able to help others to identify the causes and patterns that may be contributing to their difficulties and to help them to make sense of it all.

I chose to start my own business as I enjoy the freedom and flexibility that having my own business gives me. It also allows me to offer clients a more flexible approach.

Why should our clients choose you?

I'm very passionate about what I do and I genuinely care about the people I work with. It's not just a job!

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I can provide services online via zoom or face to face

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

For face to face sessions, I have a Covid-19 policy that I send to clients beforehand detailing the precautions I have taken to ensure our safety which is in line with advice and guidance from the government.
