I am an experienced and professional therapist, working for 24 years as a counsellor in the N.H.S and privately. My career in therapy stemmed from my work in nursing the terminally ill and working with bereaved families.
Since qualifying, I have worked extensively with emotional and relationship problems, including childhood abuse, self esteem and confidence issues.

What do you love most about your job?
I continue to be dedicated and passionate about my job. I believe it to be an immense privilege to be invited into the deepest thoughts and feelings of my clients and to walk beside them in their journey to living their lives, more productively, more authentically, with peace and contentment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always worked privately alongside employment with my company. I enjoy the freedom to work with integrity and this is why I still enjoy working with clients outside of my employers.
Why should our clients choose you?
This is a difficult question as to why we make these choices. The therapeutic relationship has to be one of complete trust, honesty, and reliability....I am trustworthy, confidential, and non judgemental. I believe that we all have the ability to make changes..it's never too late to do that. I believe in the human spirit and that we are all deserving of a life well lived. We all have our unique space in the world which is ours alone and that we are all worthy and valuable.

Yes I do work remotely and face to face. I work with many clients using Zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
This can be discussed if my client wishes to see me face to face.
Intergrative Counselling and Psychotherapy
I am an integrative therapist which means that I am trained in many modalities. I offer both face to face therapy and also through the medium of Zoom. I can assure you that I am friendly, approachable and professional in my work and completely non judgemental. I will be fully invested in working with you to find a way forward.
