I privately tutor the students from age 4-18. I really enjoy teaching because I think the most important thing particularly about learning science and maths is enjoyment and make your students give their best. I love to talk and ask questions frequently to my students. I also encourage them to do the same.

I have been a private tutor for over twenty years and have worked formally within the education system as a lecturer (Maths- Quantitative Research Methods, Psychology- Cognitive), supervisor, and examiner, all at undergraduate and postgraduate level. In terms of my own educational history, I read Mathematics with Physics at New Hall, Cambridge, followed by Classics at Somerville, Oxford.

I generate creativity in the student and aim to make them feel more confident. I have good communication skills and generally flexible in my approach. I teach Maths, Physics and Chemistry. The lessons are mainly online. Online has many advantages and can be in the comfort of your own surroundings. Last year all of my students achieved A's and B's at A level and, while for GCSE's all of my students obtained level 7 or above.

It's all about the grade you need to progress to the future you want - whether that is getting Grade 4 at GCSE to never have to do English again, get Grade 6 to apply to Russell Group universities or Grade 9 to make English match all your other predicted grades. At A level, the number of marks between grades can be very low - 9 marks between a C and an A* with OCR - so making sure you get every mark you can is vital.

I am a qualified Junior Doctor with a BSc in Biomedical Engineering and over 14 years of tutoring experience. I specialise in teaching Maths, English, and Science to students across all levels, from Primary to A-Level. I design additional materials and exercises based on each student’s abilities and school requirements to help them achieve their academic targets.

I worked in primary schools for years as a qualified primary school teacher, trainee teacher and teaching assistant. I taught in Reception, Year 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6. I have also tutored privately before. I received an excellent A-level qualification and completed my teacher training as a Primary Maths Specialist. I feel passionate about teaching children to master Mathematics concepts fully whatever their starting points might be.

I am a qualified teacher with QTLS status, which put simply means I have had experience in working in Primary and Secondary schools in around London. I have had over 10 years experience within Education. Over the past two years I have worked as a one to one tutor with Remedy Education, specialising in English language and English literature tuition to GCSE level. I have also taught maths and science as a one to one tutor.
