What Lyn and Jeff said:- We get the opportunity to work with genuine people in an authentic manner to help them live their lives to their full potential, Our clients come to us with a variety of issues and problems, however, coaching and counseling is a two-way street, it's about trust and relationship between both parties and on the journey to the recognition that no one in the relationship is broken, respect, understanding personal growth including friendship often occur. Who could ask for more!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Changekey came about naturally and even organically, Whilst working in companies, training and developing staff, individuals continually approached us, recognising that we were more than good listeners with solutions to their problems, we actually cared. More and more asked if they could meet with either one of us outside of the work environment and this gave rise to Changekey in 1992 and as they say, 25 years on, the rest is history.
