Before I started ES , coming back from Australia was tough and fitting back into mentality and experiencing old negative thoughts which I previously had. Since coming onboard with ES I have learnt how to relax and be patient through the techniques taught to me by Bosko. Bosko has taught me how to slow my life down as I was 100mph with the gym and university. ES is teaching me how to enjoy life more and to worry less and reprogram my mind to think positively. Although there is still a long way to go and I am at the beginning of the programme, but I have learnt so much about myself in 5 months since I have been having sessions. I was very sceptical when I first started the techniques as it wasn’t anything I had done or heard about before, although it was very tough some mornings to do the exercises with bosko’s advice I manage to do them every day and relax after work with a meditation which I enjoy and look forward to after a long day. This isn’t a quick fix and will take much time and effort for me to be where I want to be but, I know I am on the right track thanks to boskos help and support. The negative emotions are sometimes scary but are having a less impact due to the techniques given and learning more about myself.

After many years of my own issues, I looked back on my life to when things really mattered, one was meeting my wife, having my kids, and the others was where i used to talk to people, and "help" give them some time and listen, it started for me when i was about 25
